BobWP:
Hey BobWP here and welcome to Inside Woo, a Do the Woo Podcast. So I thought I would drop in with some good news for builders. The fact is the Woo Marketplace has hit 1,000 extensions and with that comes some big news.

To keep on top of that growth in the marketplace, Woo is doubling down to make that happen in Woo Marketplace

With that said, this is what you can expect moving forward.

The are making the process smoother. Woo has streamlined their internal workflows, meaning less red tape and more action.

On top of that, faster approvals. They are now approving and launching products in just 1 to 4 days.

Now I know there are a lot of builders out there. You might have been thinking of adding more extensions to your builder stack or creating that first one. So as of right now Woo is accepting submissions. And what’s cool is they are now accepting free and freemium products. The free products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis to ensure they align with Marketplace standards and offer genuine value. There might be some limitations, but if your product meets the criteria, I would suggest, go for it.

So that’s it. As always I like to keep our listeners on top of things. The woo marketplace has visitors from all over the world including shop owners and builders just like you, so I would suggest checking it out at woocommerce.com/partners/ and drop your submission. And be sure to let us know when you next extension shows up on the marketplace. Until the next time, keep building.
